Job Description:

  • Be responsible for all-round office administrative duties.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure personnel administration issues are addressed in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Arrange all kinds of insurance policies for the company.
  • Perform HR administration duties.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate – 3 years of relevant working experience in handling office administration is preferred.
  • The initiative, self-motivated, detail-minded, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Strong PC Skills & proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web searching.
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
